Select the About tab of their channel.

If a Business Inquiry Email is provided, select “View Email Address”. If you don’t see a Business Inquiry Email, that means that the channel owner didn’t provide one.

Man has YouTube changed over the years..back in the good ol days before google & greed took over when I first became a youtuber back in 2007 we could send messages videos so easy no ad's had custom channels that kinda seem like a Myspace page (yeah I know I'm old) we had little chat rooms called streams that we could keep it touch and share videos play music etc we had the famous little yellow subscribe button and much more...gosh how the times have changed in YouTube world. . .

It wasn't widely used because Youtube made it almost impossible to use, and or find. Also, a lot of people don't show their contact information or email on their page and that makes it impossible to contact anyone on youtube unless they put their email address on their page, or make it visible. Only other way is to leave comments, until someone disables comments. It's a horrible system.

It wasn't widely used? Youtube used to be THE social media site when it was completely free before google got ahold of it. It becomes more difficult every 6 months or so to contact another user directly. There used to be something called a "friend" on this platform. People would post their profiles and it would speak volumes, causing one to either peruse their channel or write them off. Lately it has become more difficult to send a PM because people have had to "verify" or some such jargon, before their channel would even have the "about" link. I would guess 85% of today's users do not know about this important distinction. Are you telling me I now need to acquire someone's personal email address to merely send them a message? WTF? BTW these so-called "helpful" videos are probably sponsored by google in order to cause people to fall in line and accept mediocrity. FTS

This new Youtube message sucks. There's was nothing wrong with the old Youtube message, it was just in the wrong place under Youtube Creator so that's why "Less than 25% people used it", all they had to do was to move it next to the notifications.

Less than 10% people will this new Youtube message. I have to add people as a friend to send a message, but to do that I need to somehow send them a link (Which most channels don't accept links) when the links don't work or always expired. Change this Youtube.
