The code of civil procedure gives complete guidelines about the place of suing under civil procedure code. In this regard, according to section 15 of CPC, the suit must be instituted in lowest grade competent to try it. The following are the provisions related to place of suing in cpc:

1. Lowest grade, based on pecuniary Jurisdiction of court, section 15

2. Place of Suing for Matters Involving Immovable Property (Section 16-18), be instituted where the immovable property situates.

3. Suits related to wrong done to movable property section 19 cpc, be instituted where  defendant resides or another jurisdiction where personal work for gain. At the option of plaintiff.

4. According to section 20, the suit be instituted in a court within the jurisdiction of which, the :

A. Defendant resides actually or voluntarily

B. With the acquiesce of the defendants where two or more courts

C. Where the cause of action wholly or partly arises.
