You CANNOT Build A Reputation By Doing Nothing ~ Great Things Don't Happen By Accident!

You cannot build a reputation by doing nothing. You have to begin somewhere. If you see a guy whose buff and you know he’s been to the gym all his life and you ask him, “Man, how did you get there?”
And says, “Oops, it was an accident.” You’re never going to believe that. He got off the couch and got something done. You have to do the same thing. You have to get up and accomplish what your goals are.

YOU have got to make things happen for yourself. These videos are great, they are designed to motivate you... but if you don't get off the couch and get something done you will let 10 years go by and wonder "Where has the time gone" Don't be like that!
YOU gotta make a good first Impression! Make sure people remember you for something good! This will make things happen for you. It could mean a promotion or a raise. You never know, but be assured they are watching you, they know what you are doing! Prove to them you're in for the long haul, show them you care about this job, and that you plan on being there forever! (Even if you are not, you could be leaving next month, they should never be able to recognize that, because you are so ENGAGED!)
