You can stretch them while they’re wet and then AIR DRY instead of putting them in the dryer. Clothes think after the dryer even on delicate or cool.

If you do this don’t put them in the dryer cause everything you just did will have been for nothing, they’ll just re shrink, let them air dry and never dry them in the dryer again

Wet clothes can cause cramp, specually with certain medical conditions. I have MS and I once put on a pair of jeans that were still pretty damp, but not completely wet, because I really wanted to wear them. I got as far as the train station and had to come back- legs so painful! I'd never do that again, just be warned.
