New Smoker in the Collection - Camp Chef Woodwind Pro 36

I recently purchased a Camp Chef Woodwind Pro 36 pellet smoker, on December 30th, 2023. In addition, I ordered the Sidekick Sear box. They both arrived in early January, and I assembled them.

This video is the result of the assembly process, as well as a look at some of the first cooks I did on this smoker/grill. I had wanted this smoker for close to a year now, ever since I learned about the smoke box on both the 24 and 36 pro models. Mrs. Grillin With RVH said buy it for Christmas, Birthday (Feb), and Father’s Day! LOL...so here we are!

Do your flames on the sidekick sear come up like crazy when using it? I just got mine and did some burgers seared and steaks and the flame comes up like crazy.
