🤔 Things unseen and unspoken by the state could mean something they don't want to be on record.
Two points can be taken from this. 1, That SOMEBODY will be attempted between now and next court day simply for asking for that recon video. 2nd point, in US anything the prosecutor has, must be submitted to court, even if it clears the accused of guilt. Otherwise its known as "Brady Material" which is guaranteed grounds for mistral!
