Fep spring tube application characteristics:
1, high temperature wire, cable insulation layer, anti-corrosion equipment, sealing materials, pump and valve bushing, and chemical containers;
2, suitable for making corrosion-resistant parts, wear resistant parts, seals, insulation parts and medical instrument parts;
3, poor liquidity, easy to decompose, decomposition of corrosive gas. Molding temperature should be strictly controlled not more than 475 degrees, the mold should be heated to 150-200 degrees, pouring system should be small resistance to material flow;
4, translucent granule, injection molding, extrusion molding. Molding temperature of 350-400 degrees, 475 degrees above easy to cause discoloration or bubbles. And note that demoulding is more difficult.
