CATC : NCC Camp

Full form: COMBINED ANNUAL TRAINING CAMP.

Description :

It is combined camp of boys and girls in which various kinds of activities are organised the list of some activities are such :

Games like : volleyball, tug of warfootball, kho-kho etc

Cultural activities like Group dance, group song, instrumental music, solo performances etc

Educational activities like Esaay competition, Debate, slogan writing, poster making etc

NCC Activities like Drill, shooting, map reading, weapon training, first aid, commands etc.

The Day routine in 10 day CATC CAMP

5 AM = FALL IN for P. T drill in lower T-shirt

6 AM = Breakfast

8 AM = FALL IN for various NCC classes till 12:30 pm in complete NCC uniform

1 PM = Lunch

4 PM = FALL IN for various games till 6:30 pm

7 PM = FALL IN for attendance and Visarjan

8 PM = Dinner

9 PM = FALL IN for cultural activities till 10 pm

10 PM = Lights off.

A very tough routine but very enjoyable. One can learn thousand of things by attending this camp. Good for health and the activities bring confidence in you. As a NCC cadet you feel proud to yourself. It gives you the feeling of Army life.
