I remember every one of those games! 1980-1986 was indeed the GOLDEN age of video arcades as I spent hours on weekends as a preteen and teenager growing up in that time period. Other classics such as Pole Position, Gyruss, Track and Field.

Double Dragon series, Vigilante, WWF Superstars are also fun 80s games.

At 5:43 . . . It's funny. I grew up in this time period, right when all of these games came out and spent just about every other afternoon at the arcade in my early teens. And back then, EVERYONE pronounced it Gal•e-ga, not Ga•lag•a. Even though I have seen countless websites and blog posts dedicated to this issue, no one back then pronounced it as Ga•lag•a.

I feel sorry for the teens today who never had the enjoyment of dropping quarters in a machine and playing. Putting you quarter on the screen case and waiting your turn. I was lucky enough to have lived thru this era and still miss it to this day. Games were simpler and so good.

We need a modern generation remake of JOUST, complete with fully customizable armor, lances and ostriches. Maybe even have a cross promotion with Square Enix that lets you use a chocobo.
