I remember in 2016 when they said the pay gap was $0.77, not $0.80. That correlates to how more and more women are getting managerial jobs and more higher level jobs now that men and women are really socially equal. It’s all de facto since the 60’s really and the average pays have just started to catch up with each other. Key word is AVERAGE.

They NEVER EVER look at the Median Gender Gap Gap instead they always chose to look at the Average Gender Pay Gap. This is because they know that the Median Gender Pay Gap is much Lower than the Average. In Australia for example the Gender Pay Gap is 15.4% compared to the Medan which is 9.1%. All the Data is cherry picked. Here is some more Data they chose to ignore.
94% of all work place deaths are men - 80% of all homeless people are men - 99.7% of all wartime combat deaths are men.
Men on average work more hours than women - This is the Gender Work Place Hours Gap.
The Gender Pay Gap is Kamala Harris Office is bigger than what the average Gender Pay Gap is in the USA.
