The pro is using his hips and legs in a more agile way. He pushes his hand down and foreward with his hips. He get's more power from the walk up when twisting his left leg while rotating, if this makes sence. Im sorry for bad english. I love to watch your vids Latitude! <3 Best regards from Norway

Internal rotation of the front side hip upon foot strike. Also you rotate your front foot on your heel compared to the “pro” rotating over a flush foot on the ground
