Good video but a very important thing to note...when you take the A7Rii photo and downsize to 12MP, it actually compares to the A7Sii up to ISO 51200...this is a HUGE thing to know because it means that unless video is you primary goal, the A7Rii is like having the best of both worlds. Also, this has been tested so is not me making it up. In fact, B&H has a youtube video when they show this in case you want to check it out.

Unless you are shooting still subjects without a tripod, image stabilization is a non-factor. Anything that requires the use of image stabilization (for stills photography that is), will result in blurred subjects if the subjects are not motionless. How often do you really need to use non-stabilized lenses at, let's say, 1/8 of sec without a tripod? For fun maybe, but not for real photography. Low light photography of living subjects requires higher shutter speeds, hence higher ISO sensitivity and wider aperture lenses. Image stabilization will not help under those circumstances.
