Dupree, you should get a BreakRAK. It will be a great addition to hitting the Rack "on the money". It 's great training tool.... You cam also get the book, "The GREAT Break Shot"...

That soft Corey Deuel break is exactly why things like the 3 point rule now exist

Why not use a magic rack for perfect racks? Much easier that a triangle.

Are you using a wood bed table? If so, it looks nice and similar to slate.

FIrst, don't tap the head ball. Below the felt is granite / slate depending on quality. What's happening is you're putting a hole into the felt. ANd over time, your table will look like a bar table and that roll on the head ball will continue and get worse until you replace the felt. Which I used to do for a job. It's expensive.

Second, the break. You are making a video on breaking but you don't seem to follow the basic rules of which side to break on.

-B Always, always rack the same order. And you should be racking Valley rules wise.

-C YOU BREAK ON THE SIDE OF THE 2 BALL. -What this means is, when you rack - You always break the same side. When they rack, you go to the side of the 2. Maybe it's where you rack the same every time, maybe it's on the other side. But you always take the side of the 2 ball. Watch ESPN tournaments. They always break the side of the 2 ball.

Why? Because you are going to put the cue on the second diamond up and 1 diamond over. (2-1) and you are going to strike it with just below the center of the cue, and you are going to sink the 1 in the side. You are going to have the cue ball on the SAME side as the 2 ball hoping for a clean shot to run out.

Second - Read books. The 9 ball break I use is the same one Steve Mizerak put in his book. It's the same one all pros use.

10;49 why arr you shooting at the 2 instead of the 1 to try and prove your point. Which is pointless.
