Great video. You guys should talk about this in your boat reviews. Talking about the pluses and minuses honestly shouldn’t piss off manufacturers too much..

There is a "war" in the water between displacement (hulls that sit in the water) versus buoyancy (objects that sit upon the water) with the "friction" being that displacement offers (in theory) more control or "sea-keeping" whereas buoyancy is all about the performance ("atomizing the water.") Great boat designs offer the best of both *"AS A HULL"* and always starts at the bow not stern ("plum bow versus catarman missing bow" for modern boat "physics of now.")

Today's modern catamarans usually have a planing Hull... A true catamaran runs through the water... Not on top of it... 'Nuff said!!!... Dwight. Good Seamaritan Rescue... Good stuff, thanks for posting.
