Old House, New Tricks!

When my friend asked me to help design her 19th-century Victorian farmhouse, I was beyond excited! 🏡✨ It was the perfect opportunity to blend historic charm with modern style, and design a “new old” home…say less!🤩

Here’s a glimpse of the transformation:
✨ Restored original details: We kept the original pine floors and stunning moldings as the foundation of the design.
✨Bold color palette: We embraced rich, saturated colors to create a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.
✨Unique textures: From zellige tiles to exposed beams, we added layers of texture for visual interest.
✨Thoughtful details: We incorporated special touches like a plate rack in the kitchen and an arched niche in the shower.
