everyone do not delete the recent cause it is where you have all the recent files that you have downloaded or used it so don't do that

My c: drive does not appear in "Optimize Drives" and there is no option to defragment it. There is clearly an error with the drive, as "Error checking" under Tools says it has several errors and needs to be repaired. How can I get the drive to appear in Optimize Drives? I really don't want to run the repair errors program as it might delete a lot of data.

deleting the pre-fetch files would slow down their boot up time.. why not keep those if we are trying to speed things up?
