Always a joy watching Brother Sam explains the Bible. He is like the Apostle Paul living in our modern times. What a blessing!!

THE INTRUSION: The finite could never grasp the infinite and time would never catch up to eternity, but He who spoke all realms into being constricted Himself and stepped down into ours, that the mortal might cast off their grave clothes and lay hold of life.

It's weird to me that the Jews have been waiting for 2000 years for a Jewish Messiah that fulfilled 100% of the prophecies.

Like a wife killing her husband by mistake, and then spending 2000 years in denial while screaming from her house, "My husband will return any day now!"

Notice the false translation from Chabad because it uses the word Olam which means eternity, everywhere else that word is used for YHWH who is eternal, so they change it to seem less than eternal in Micah 5

Don't forget in Jeremiah YHWH himself calls the messiah YHWH OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS, literally giving his sacred name to a human from David's line who gets the capital letter treatment

Jeremiah 23:5
Behold, the days are coming, ” says the LORD,
“That I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness;
A King shall reign and prosper,
And execute judgment and righteousness in the earth.
6 In His days Judah will be saved,
And Israel will dwell safely;
Now this is His name by which He will be called:
THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS"

The LORD is saying HIS NAME (the human messiah ) is the LORD, just like the angel of the Lord the Father says MY NAME is IN HIM
יְהוָה צִדְקֵנוּ
(YHWH Tzidkenu)
This is the name of a human that Jeremiah heard God himself say would come

The Creator God who cannot come close to this earth changes his form and comes??
Guess Jesus was wrong when he stated that humans have neither seen God nor heard God's voice at any time. John 5:37.

As existing as the first creation of God designated the beginning of the creation of God. Almost all the Bibles I Have say he is from ancient times of old. It does nor mean he has always existed eternally. Sam is twisting the scriptures.

Mighty is an adjective which is not limited to Yahweh in scripture. The word god is used to describe angels, humans in judicial office, and others. The interesting thing that Sam ignored is that the scripture concerning the child is talking about a future event in that he will become these things, clearly meaning he at one time was not these descriptive designations.

That’s a bad interpretation, because in the Tanakh , the one who’s govenment rests on his shoulders, “he calls His Name (G-d), Wonderful Councilor, Mighty G-d, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace”—ויקרא שמו ףלא יועצ אל גבור אביעד שר שלומ

Your reasons for interpreting the Hebrew Bible to fit the claims of Christianity are weak.

The Hebrew Bible was not written in English. No where in Hebrew does it say “the messiah”. The word The was inserted in the corrupt English translation (which is actually not a translation, because it says something different) and the word messiah was capitalized (no small caps in Hebrew), tod signal Chrostians to interpret ‘The Messiah’ as JC from the Greek NT.

Numbers 23.19 says God is *not a man, for a very real reason. God is not a man. But you want a man to be your god so bad, that's why your explaination of the text is different than the actual words that were written. Think about it. You're fighting so hard against what the text actually says.

God is *not a man.
