I second that, congrats on the moves you're making. I'd definitely be willing to pay for your analysis. You are the only youtuber that's given me actionable information and has made me money. You're right more often than you're wrong. And even when you're wrong I still often make money (ie selling FB early).

Agree - I think HD and Lowe's are buys at the moment, but they could easily drop 10-30% more in case of a recession.

Pretty good thesis understanding the fundamental and psychological movement of the stock. Long term really good investment to add a small percentage to your group of stocks, but you can sit here and watch/wait for the reversal based on fed interest rates. Homebuilding sector and all involved companies is definitely something to keep creating a trade list for. Easy returns if you just understand market conditions and sentiment and use basic support and resistance.

Thanks for sharing. Have HD and COST on the watch list for retailers. Will buy HD slowly around $270 as I expect regional banks' mess is not over yet. It will affect the sentiment for recession sensitive sectors like HD is in. Right now you can pocket a 4-week T-bill APY around 5.6% so it pays to wait as well. Regarding HD and LOEWS, I like to shop in HD better as it provides better value.

Thank you for the video Colin. I own not HD but LOW and I have it in my long term dividend growth portfolio. So far the performance of the stock has been lack luster but the dividend yield is at historical highs, the fundamentals are pretty healthy, and both HD and LOW are kind of staple companies of the US economy.

It will be interesting to see if we see a transition out of tech which has been killing it since the start of the year to these blue chip names.

When the opening bell rang I tried to buy, there was a problem with the annoying mobile phone verification now it's 3EUR / about 3, 3 USD over the last even 2 times pulled up limit. I'm boiling for not getting served because of my banks technical problems. Already lost 2% in 30 Min of not made gains.
