Mists of Pandaria Challenge Mode Gear Effects: Monk

Challenge Modes allow coordinated 5-player groups to jump into Heroic dungeons and attempt to set time-trial records. Groups who can achieve gold medals are awarded with unique gear looks for use in Transmogrification -- with a twist. These gear sets behave like nothing before, activating and reacting to their wearer's combat actions.

This is one of those armor sets that aren't meant to be worn by anything other than its matching race. This'd probably look whack on anything that's not a Pandaren.

I would hope not since you know, all challenge mode gear has no stats, including armor
