Hyundai Santa Fe in-depth review - better than a Skoda Kodiaq?

The Hyundai Santa Fe used to be budget seven-seater SUV, going up against the likes of the Skoda Kodiaq and Seat Tarraco. But with prices starting at £39,400, the latest version of the Santa Fe has fled the budget end of the market and is gradually moving towards more premium rivals like the Land Rover Discovery Sport.

It's got lots of seats, plenty of space in side and a diesel engine that's (relatively) good at sipping fuel. But the question we're here to answer is whether Hyundai has done enough to justify the higher price tag.

Excellent review many thanks. Currently trying to decide between Santa Fe and Kodiak. Or should I stay with Merc and buy an GLB. But I don't really like the GLB design (sorry). Santa Fe is the only one coming with self-charging hybrid. I'm worried Diesel cars will be banned in London completely and soon.

Nice review. Can you please do the 2021. I believe the car has been not only revamped but rebuilt on a new platform with a new all new wet clutch system. Cheers and keep up the great work.
