Los Angeles, particularly Beverly Hills is known for its mansions. Today we take a tour at 16 Beverly Park which is located on the South wing of exclusive gated community of Beverly Park. This mega mansion construction site was initiated by the current owners but they decided not to move forward with the project and sell this Giga Mansion as is. In this episode I wanted to take your guys around this luxury home construction site, and show some of its key features and talk about what makes it so special. Its not everyday we get to see these mansions in their bare form of construction thats why we wanted to take advantage of it and put out this video. I am amazed and stunt by this property, its scale, design and its views. I mean what an amazing piece of LA!!!!

Wow! I love looking at these beautiful properties, they remind me so much of home (Brasil 🇧🇷) I now live in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and properties are much smaller! So interesting to see the bones of the property, I can almost smell the cement the damp... thank you for showing us around LA, Mikey too!
