omg i have thick frizzy hair too and its a nightmare findings products rn so i would really appreciate a video on the shampoos and conditioners you use! i might have a different natural curl pattern compared to you im not sure so the styling products might have to differ but god do i need help finding the right hydrating products

Your hair is gorgeous but it’s not that thick! Curly or course hair do t use shampoo on the ends, it will rinse by itself when it rinses out down the lengths. Way too drying we need natural oils/sebum for our curls and course hair. That way no need for tons of leave/in products, contraproductive really. And thick hair doesn’t snap easily, not in 3 pieces 😂 I have twice as thick hair as you and very course curly, never ever I have split ends even in the days I used bleach and heat. I did use good products with silicones to protect it and don’t brush my hair when it’s wet! Wet hair is super fragile, the science is there. People have to know their hair type before buying products cause that’s why all the hair issues with Olaplex started! People are using salon grade products while their hair needs don’t match the products/ingredients.
And when using a lot of styling products, a good clarifying/chelating shampoo is Important or use good mild sulfates on a regular basis. You are doing this but for the peeps that don’t and (still) follow the curly girl method, hairloss happens when there’s buildup too! It’s a method, not science is what I always say .
