That's the "strength" of Empiricism, not it's weakness.

Not sure how that is a problem. It would only be a problem for those who seek to base all of their morals on one path of reasoning without acknowledgement for the other philosophies.
Living by empirical data doesn’t provide the ins and outs of human interaction and determine what is right and wrong from a subjective stance. However, that’s not the point of empiricism. It’s a line of reasoning that you can climb to reach those subjective answers for yourself and to determine what is a known truth despite your subjective thoughts and sensory data.
Ironically, that is at least my interpretation of it.

The problem with spray tan is that it doesn't come with a user manual.

Saying thats a problem with empiricism is like saying the problem with cars is that they are not cats.

Empiricism is knowledge based on experience derived from comparing and aligning the senses (actual experience) directly to what's happening in consideration of forming accurate mental representations (maps) of reality. Empiricism is our actual experience.
In contrast, Jordan's "knowledge" is based on experience derived from a self-unaware child comparing his behavior to the unconscious dislikes of his severely traumatized father. (Rule 5) Jordan's "knowledge" is nested inside that which appears good to the voices and attitudes, limitations, and distortions of a father emotionally trapped inside a pathological coregulation relationship with his children.

There probably aren't any facts about "how to live" or what's "most important or least important".
