Sidhu's CM ambitions crushed? Congress video featuring Sonu Sood stars Channi | Punjab polls

Congress party shared a video backing Charanjit Singh Channi as CM candidate in Punjab. Actor Sonu Sood appeared in the video clip shared by the Congress party on Twitter. Sonu Sood’s remark was followed by several clips of Channi taking part in various events. The video comes after Sonu Sood’s sister Malvika Sood was declared Congress candidate from Moga. The video is seen as Channi’s endorsement by Cong as the CM candidate of Punjab. Punjab Congress unit chief Navjot Singh Sidhu is not seen in the 36-seconds-long clip. However, the Congress has not named a CM candidate for Punjab which goes to poll on Feb 20. Meanwhile, the Aam Aadmi Party announced Bhagwant Mann as its CM candidate. Watch the full video for more.
