I once contacted taco bell because the mobile app wasn't working correctly at a restaurant drive through, like they didn't get my order for some reason, even though the app claimed it worked successfully, and the drive through attendant didn't understand that and thought I was trying to steal food. It took a while for a younger person who understood technology to come over and explain I waited like 20 minutes in the drive through to learn they never got my order. I complained mostly because of how rude the other person was, when I was more just genuinely confused, since I obviously used the app right. So they sent me a hand written apology letter and two tickets valid for any item for free.
