How To Find FSBO’s in 2023 - For Sale By Owner Real Estate Leads

In edition 11 of the new real estate agent bootcamp we talk about seller leads. More specifically for sale by owner (FSBO) seller leads. Learn where to find for sale by owner leads and how to convert these leads using a couple different strategies. My very first listing was a for sale by owner (FSBO), will a FSBO be your first listing too?

My preferred script:

Hi ........ it's (Your name) with eXp Realty
How are you doing today?
I love life, thanks for asking!
Hey, my records show you have a house that's for sale by owner, is that true?...
How much are you guys asking for that place?...
That's a great price point!
Can I ask when you sell your house, where you're moving or what's your time frame?....(Ohh you want to get it sold as quick as possible!)...
You brought it up, you're trying to sell your house yourself without having it on the market with a real estate person, is that cause you hate Realtors or what is it?.....
So it's about the MONEY?.....
Real quick..
It's because we do business completely different than all other agents to
guarantees you of two things..
One , you'll sell your house...the other is you'll end up with significantly more money bottom line that you'll get any other way. That's with or without an agent.
I know it sounds like a big promise, but if you knew it were true would want to hear more about it?
