Thats funny. We have the same sponsor. I swear my old build before my kessils, my black boxes back then did a great job. Then the kessils always gave me a hard time with growth and color. However we are talking 3 black boxes at 165w each compared to 3 kessil 90w fixtures. Still trying to dial in my 3 kessils with my 4 bulb 80w each t5 hybrid.

I use ViparSectra also, I have 3 of the 165w on my 6' 150gallon I stripped them down, leds only on top, powersupply under the tank and tossed out the fans. now it's quiet. I made a couple vids how to do...
