Yes electricity keeps going up. Just a suggestion though, try making sure your filters stay clean for your AC. My husband does AC and he said that is the number one issue with rising bills he finds in peoples homes. Also, if it’s an older AC, maybe have it serviced? I live in SC where it is very humid. I keep my ac on 77 and heat we keep on 66 but we have gas fireplace to supplement. I do not use a dryer I hang clothes on the line and I wash dishes by hand. We are a family of 4 so I totally get keep bills down. We have fans in every room and ceiling fans.

That’s crazy!! We live in Idaho, I keep my house at 70 all year around and my bedroom at 68 and my power bill is never more than 120 a month!

You are definitely right about the electric bill! I also live here in Texas and we experience the same thing with a higher electricity bill. 😅
