The Bus by TML is the latest bus simulator to hit the PC simulation market, as early access. On March 25th 2021 The Bus will be available for sale on Steam for €25.95. Thus in the run up to release of this bus simulator I give you a full comprehensive review of The Bus by TML. Discussing everything from graphics, performance, gameplay, optimisation, physics, sounds, model quality, map quality, realism, value for money & more. All timestamped for your ease. We do this while driving the 18m Scania Citywide LF bendy bus on Line TXL from Tegel Flughafen to Alexander Platz.

Personally I think The Bus is a very neat bus simulator with a few drawbacks but being still in early access there is loads of time for it to be polished. Particularly when it comes to modelling and the real life map to Berlin, the simulator is very promising and certainly is among the best equipped to contend with the aging Omsi 2. Moreover. if you pick it up now you get it for the special early access price of €25.95.

The features of Phase 1 of the Early Access are as follows:
Bus line TXL with various routes
Two bus variants: Articulated and Solo
Singleplayer Freeplay mode - drive the bus lines at any time of the year with the vehicle of your choice
Passenger transport with boarding and deboarding
Passenger ticket sale

1.) In interest of transparency I was kindly provided a key for The Bus by Aerosoft.
2.) Video was recorded on the Alpha version and as such may not be entirely reflective of the Phase 1 of the early Access for Phase 1.
3.) I am running The Bus on a low spec PC and as such some issues encountered in this video may not apply to those of you on higher end PCs.

One big thing for me that would make this game compete with Omsi2 is if it Features handicap people entering the bus because Omsi2 has ramps on some of there buses but the game doesn’t feature handicaps but if this game does then that would be wonderful ❤️👍🎖

I refunded this arcade game today. The physics are absolutely terrible as well as the engine sounds. The graphics has strange glitches due the the UE4 and the game is just too bright and no amount of messing with the Post Processing, contrast and lowering of bloom will fix it. OMSI still wears the crown and nothing will ever come close to it. Funny how two young student lads produced OMSI with the ultimate realism in terms of bus physics and attention to detail yet no other Dev company can match it.

The routes TXL and X9 have not been running since the end of 2020, only route 109 to Urban Tech Republic
