The movie took some inspiration from Uncharted 4: A Thief's End (2016), which is Tom Holland's favorite video game in the series.Tom Holland revealed that he was playing Uncharted 4: A Thief's End with his friends during the production of Spider-Man Homecoming (2017) and even refused to come to set until he had complete the car chase sequence in Chapter 11: Hidden In Plain Sight.

But why couldn’t they write a better script that actually was true to the source material 🧐. Love tom holland but the movie looks like it’s rebooting the main characters for younger versions off jump 😅. Nate should look 20-30 not 18 with his life in front of him even Chloe looked too young don’t even get me started on mark wahlberg or whatever his name is. Better casting and better scripts LITERALLY take the games writing the literal actual notes from the games devs and paste them into the big screen. Uncharted 4 if it was correctly transcribed perfectly onto movie format from the cutscenes and some gameplay man that movie would rival avatar
