A Roseville resident put up a confederate flag on his home Tuesday night, which has offended some his neighbors. The man lives on Ronald Street and it is clear what the Confederate flag means to him. He said, "That means not welcome." 7 Action News asked him who is not welcome? He said, "Arabic people. Black people." He did not want to give us his name but did not mind giving us his opinion.

I'm curious...not welcomed where? Because I highly doubt we want to come over.

As a native Virginian, it shocked me when I lived in Michigan and saw how many people flew that flag up there

Army veteran injured in Iraq….I wonder if he had the backs of poc while he was there. I don’t know why people don’t understand that bigotry doesn’t go away when they put on a uniform.

The KKK was created by the confederacy I'll admit, but not all southerners are racist, and ik this is something that an apologist would say but the Nazis were not racist what's so ever they had allie in the middle east

I actually most times😂have no problem with people expressing their real themselves, it’s easier to deal with someone you know than someone you don’t know those who pretend.

I felt bad for that lady when he said Arabic people are not also welcome, lady seems to understand Arabic her demeanor changed before he said black people.

Actually if a person comes to me and tells me that he hates me it’s better for me because that way I know how to deal with him with the boundaries. If someone says you aren’t welcome then you aren’t just go where you are welcome

I dont see a problem, we have freedom of association here and if he doesn't want to associate with blacks that's his right.
