Waiting for a viable Assassin Cold Snap of Power (new transfigured gem)... if anyone can pull it off, it is probably your talented mind (or any other class to be honest, assassin is just easier for sustaining power charges). I have had limited success thus far, I really need to speed up cast time, but yeah, bypassing the cool down is great (and used to do this with Winter's Bounty but that's legacy only now).

As far as I can tell the % reduced mana cost of skills during effect on flasks was removed in 3.24. Was it a massive part of BV upkeep? I'm still working on completing the build but so far I'm having quite some mana issues and can't even get to 10 stacks on BV.

nice build, i do love bv. tho i have to say its not the fastest :) the fastest it used to be in lake of kalandra and maybe the league after that, but since kaoms touch gloves nerfed so yeah im sad
