Personally idk if I want a Mega Lapras it's already a great Pokemon and used in many other games as a staple for surf in games like X/Y and Sun and Moon but I do believe Walrein should revive a Mega it's the somewhat "Forgotten" Water / Ice type and I think it deserves it just a opinion and idea.

Mega Butterfree (my version. I've done this before, and I'm doing it again, though this may be different than my other one that's on another video about Mega Pokemon)
Type: Bug/Psychic (may people wanted this, despite Flying-Type STAB being helpful)
Ability: Gifted Wings (Flying-Type attacks gain 30% boost in damage)

Def: 50-80(+30)
SpAtk: 90-120(+30)
SpDef: 80-100(+20)

More speed, more defenses and more power to take down the predators that attempted on making this mon it's next meal!!! Also, Flying may do less, but the overall damage will eventually do more, because of Base Stat increase.

Mega Arbok
Type: Poison/Dragon

Basically everthing but Special attack is worth investing into. Stronger, Faster, and fiercer, this thing could get out of it's low tier.

Mega Kingler
Type: Water/Steel
Ability: Iron Barbs
Stats...
HP: 55
Atk: 130-175(+45)
Def: 115-130(+15)
SpAtk: 50
SpDef: 50-120(+70)
Spd: 75-45(-30)

Kingler shouldn't be that fast, and the steel weight would make it even more ridiculous to move that fast. Instead, invest in some MUCH NEEDED defensive stats, and make sure anything that attempts to get close enough regrets it immediately.

Slow, Bulk and Tank status, added to powerhouse and this thing just got more threatening.

Ability: Poison Shield (40% chance of Poison and 20% chance of Badly Poison status inflicted on target that makes contact with this Pokemon)

More defenses, more surviving, more stopping a Pokemon in its tracks, throw in a bit of power to take out an opponent one turn faster, and this Nido has done good!!!

Mega Nidoking
Type: same
Ability: Poison sword (inflict Poison status 40% of the time, or even 20% chance of the time a Badly Poison status with ANY physical move (adding in any Poison's move chance of Poison Status as well))

Atk: 102-142(+40)
Def: 77-82(+15)
SpAtk: 85
SpDef: 75-90(+15)
Spd: 85-115(+30)

Harder, Better, *Faster*, and _Stronger_ because it needs a bit more survivability. With this upped speed and that super powerful ability, you are stopping a LOT of threats.
(I ran the numbers and only about 100 Pokemon now, including Sun and Moon, that would be able to completely shut down these two Pokémon abilities by type or ability alone!!)

3 mega's i want please tell me what you think Ruffle
1: Dewgong- Water/Ice or just make it solid Ice since it gets access to good ice type moves, as a child I loved Dewgong and while everyone gets mad about how simple it is I remember thinking that it was so pretty and under utilized. A mega evolution could fix this by making it look more like a leapard seal giving it some small icy blue spots along its body maybe making its fins broader almost like goldeens and giving it that beautiful appearance I loved it for as a kid while still keep true to its over all idea. It could get an ability like Serene Grace to highten that easy going look it always has or even give it Own Tempo which would probably serve it just as well It would probably become slightly faster from the fins and over all just get a boost to its special attack and defense most other stats are luke warm so they would probably stay the same.
2: Ninetails + Arcanine kind of a cheat but you can't have one without the other. Ninetails would become Fire/ghost to highlight the lore behind its origins giving it some black paint like tips to its tails and some whisps on the tips of those tails maybe even some beautiful markings under its eyes like some Japanese kitsune masks it could raise in speed and special attack while Arcanine would become fluffier and maybe its fur would curl a bit like the jade lions that its based on with some monk beads around its neck to make it Fire/Psychic or Fire/Steel because of the Jade lions often being associated with metal. It would get a boost to defense and physical attack since Arcanine already has a descent special stat.
3: Mega persian- hear me out on this, meowth is a staple of team rocket but none of us can forget the episode where we were given the reason why meowth had such jealousy for his evolved counterpart. A mega evolution would be a great way to bring that Hollywood Persian could find its way into the anime again the design I have in mind is similar to dewgong in how it is still pretty much a blank canvas but imagine the jewel on its head becoming almost like a circlet crown on its head, its tail may darken on one end and maybe it would get almost a saber or feral look to it as if it's become sort of a king among the domestic pokemon. Abilities could be Tough Claws, Intimidate, or even Justified as a pun on how its a spoiled cat.
