How to use SWITCH Function in Excel

In this video, I'll show you how to use SWITCH function in Excel.

VLOOKUP and SWITCH function in Excel can be combined together to get the output from different tables or sheets.

The Switch Function in Excel evaluates the expression against the list of values and returns the result corresponding to the matching value.

Use the Excel Switch Function with multiple conditions or multiple criteria.

The Switch Formula is available in Excel 2019 (Office 2019) and Excel 365 (Office 365 / Microsoft 365). If the Switch Function is not available or not working then you may have the old Excel versions, such as Excel 2007, Excel 2010, Excel 2013 and Excel 2016.
