From Seed to Table - How is Tabasco Sauce Made? Avery Island, Louisiana

Come along with us today as we tour the Tabasco Factory on Avery Island in Louisiana! This beautiful facility is open to the public for walking tours, cooking classes, shopping and more. We took the walking tour through all the buildings and learned how the pepper plant goes and the steps it takes to make the world famous hot sauce. The kids try a few flavors, and even sample some Tabasco Raspberry Chipotle ice cream.
