PHOTOSHOP TUTORIAL: The Cartoon / Painterly Look #5

Episode 5 of my Photography, Photoshop & Lightroom Podcast.

In this episode I show you the retouching technique I use to give my pictures that cartoon/painterly look; a technique in part used by German Retoucher Calvin Hollywood and one that I've adapted to suit my own images. French Landscape Photographer and friend Serge Ramelli drops in with a great landscape retouch using ONLY Lightroom and I show you the Photoshop App store :)

He's referring to keeping as clean and noise free file as possible. Canon's generally go to iso 100 and Nikon's iso 200 although it can vary.
