Silhouette Cameo 2 - Cutting Problem

After using this Silhouette Cameo 2 for a couple of years, all of a sudden this starting to happen, i have no idea why, its all the same settings as before, and the material is all the same, and i even put in a new knife and its all the same shit anyway.

Is the Silhouette Cameo 2 built for be failing like this after a couple of years so that you have to buy a new one ? Or is there parts that needs to be replaced ?

I have no idea... but this is driving me crazy... for sure...

I had a problem with mine when the adhesive on the carrier sheet was not sticky any more.
But this looks more like a software problem.
