Tater Tot Casserole

To an oiled pan
Add 2 tablespoons of butter
Add 1 diced onion
Add 1 pound of ground beef
Chop it up and season with Better Burger and Five Pepper Blend
Let cook then
Add 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce
Add 2 cloves of minced garlic
Add 2 diced red peppers
Mix together and top with thawed tater tot
Top with garlic pepper and shredded mozzarella and shredded cheddar cheese
Bake at 425 degrees until tater tots are getting brown
Remove from heat and add more cheese and let melt
Enjoy!
