I'm no scientist, but arXiv in one tab, Wikipedia on another, and a bong in my lap is a great way to spend an evening.

This channel is currently unused, but there are many ways you could set this up to convert Arxiv content into publicly-available Youtube videos. Via an automated process with text-to-speech or a small production team to aid or even just interview the authors. This would provide Youtube and its users with a fantastic level of new science content, and provide the Arxiv and its researchers with a fantastic level of audience access.
