🤣🤣🤣 only a handful of people in a league of elites could stand under the pressure Dak stands against daily. We see them crack all the time. Dude doesn’t flinch, but keeps showing up. Leaders recognize leadership. Listen to the ones around him and what they say. Dude grew up in a trailer park, and with all the noise and former player fanboys of a billionaire, stared down Jerry Jones and never batted an eye. CeeDee just needs maturing. He won’t become a “great” until he learns the principles of great leadership.

Ppl always say Dak doesn’t have control of the team, how is he supposed to control them?
They’re grown ass men. You can’t control CD, Brady and Ben couldn’t control AB. He leads by example. Idk if it’s a race thing that the media has with him or it’s just a desire to emasculate him but there’s always this narrative with Dak where it’s like he’s not man enough/ black enough.

It’s so dumb to imply that in order to get a team on the same page that you have to dig into like a top dog bully mentality. Cowboys have a silver platter to eat off of. Their coaches treat them with respect. Their journey to the championships (outside of the Jones meddling) is friction free should they want that. That should be motivation enough to coalesce. Obviously Dak is all in on making it work with everyone and spreading the ball. An unmotivated scared team shouldn’t have to lay solely on his shoulders when this has been happening long before him.

Can’t run the ball, can’t stop the run. Can’t do those 2 things then both offense and defense becomes predictable. Jerry went cheap on RBs since the big 3 contracts should have been locked up right after they lost in the playoffs. The could have made a move or Derrick Henry or Saquon.

Here's the thing about cowboys defense most of the guys are dumb so dan Quinn had to dumb the defense down and make it simple and give then direction. Plays that once called every player knew their role with Zimmer there is too much schemes and coverage and micah doesn't understand that stuff. He is skilled and talented athleticly but his IQ is not that good when it comes to coverages etc. If I were Zimmer I woukd gather my defense and ask them what can I do to make this easy and simple to get us all on the same page. DONE
