I made a cabinet with a blue UVC lamp and a pc fan and a meter to check the humidity.
and it works perfectly, i imitated the drying cabinet from my work in the slaughterhouse.
the dimensions are W/H/D 100x200x50 cm

ive beeen using a plastic crate in the past, but want to turn an old speaker box into one now, i see your using wood, will the smell of the MDF wood produce any weird flavors in the first couple biltong i do?

Thank you for making this Video. I’m going to try .. I have a ? Is the light not to close to the meat? I’ve seen some put directly on the bottom? Also what wattage is the light ? Did your meat turn out great we’re the light is or would you move it ? Thank you looks amazing
