First thing I always do when champs are released is test animation cancels and flash cancels; you can do something similar with W, if you flash during the animation it will flip the W to whichever direction you flashed. For example, if facing south during W and you flash upwards, the W will be facing North after the flash. The window is kinda tricky, if you did it wrong you will still be facing South after the flash and will not turn the W around.
