I did an UHC playthrough a bit ago.

I never actually thought of using suspicious stew to regen health! I went with getting gold in shipwrecks and ruined nether portals!

Just a tip, if you build the iron farm at spawn it will always work even if you are around or not. (also work for other farms as well) Not sure how far from spawn you are though :p

This honestly really does balance all the op stuff like villager trading without locking yourself out of those parts of the game it would be cool if you could make totems do something less op like give slow regen but have durability or something great series man
