I think people overlook one thing about this skin, and that is when you recall. Urgot's stuffed animal turns INTO a Star Guardian familiar. This very easily could actually be Canon. The fanboy who always wanted to be chosen, finally gets their shot

Throwing out a lore concept that could translate into a skin:
Star Gaurdian Urgot is the keeper/protector of the magical companions that accompany the Star Gaurdians. He helps them find their chosen gaurdians when the time comes, and takes care of those that have lost their partners.

Make him decrepidly old and wize, but with various star spirts helping him move around and use his abilities. Instead of the spider legs he has 6 start spirits jumping around as he moves. Instead of shotgun knees, each of the spirits are attacking. Instead of a meat grinder for his ultimate, he embraces his enemies in a (deadly) embrace of the stars. I have no idea how much of the origonal model could be masked to make this work, and how much is strictly infeasible without an ultimate skin's budget, but there's a lot that could be done with a "original gaurdian of the stars" concept.

Skyen, you forget that in the recall, his stuffed animal turns into a star guardian companion, like a real one. It implies that the first star recognized its biggest fan and I just find that incredibly wholesome and opens up for a future possibility with him (but probably not)

I love this skin cause I still think it's funny and creative that Urgot is a HUGE star guardian fan and love them to death(Especially Ezreal). Could be a nice twist where this *is* canon Urgot in the SG universe and he gets chosen by the first star for being the biggest SG simp this side of universe.

Though, it be a little difficult to make sensw of the crab legs. Maybe he's a brilliant inventor who's been disabled his whole life but instead of a wheelchair, he built himself crab legs and is living is best life. THAT'S the kind of optimism and perseverance the SG team needs.

Could've made him the whole "sometimes good is ugly"thing where he's the serious scary star guardian, or just really go into the cheery, glittery horror thing and gave him the tone of a Saturday cartoon character but have him do all this horrible shit.

This breaks my heart in so many levels, the hardsets one is that what Skyen says it's true, It melts my heart see that this version of Urgot is happy, and has friends waiting for him, but it would make me cry even harder if this was Pajama Star Guardian Urgot, I'm still going to buy it, but now I know better.

I think Star Guardian Urgot could be a pretty solid concept, a boy from Valoran City with a neurodegenerative disease who needs to be in a wheelchair and connected to a respirator, he always wanted to help those who needed it most but his situation is not that it was very favorable for it
His great determination and courage made the First Star choose him so that he could show the world that even the most disadvantaged person could achieve great things, a lesson in humility for the rest of the guardians

Apparently the reason they didn’t commit to a full star guardian urgot was that they didn’t think it would sell well. They thought Baker pantheon was going to be a big hit but when it didn’t really hit the numbers they were expecting it scared them out of star guardian urgot😔

He could be a wheelchair bound Star Guardian and when he transforms he gains these cool mechanical legs. I feel like that would be an awesome design choice.

the easy design would be to make him into a star nemesis. but a cooler idea would be to have him be a star guardian who had to retire and thus became a teacher.

An Origin story they could have for him is that he was a part of the original Star Guardian group but was assumed dead and with nobody coming to help him he had to take scraps from any Star Guardian he could find and now he wants revenge for being left for dead
