Kele Ki Subji looking SCRUMPTIOUS dear Manjula Ji! I bet this would be so good as a topping for rice. Here in Mexico, my grandmother would pass bananas around when we ate supper, first a soup, then sopa de arroz, which would be fried rice and on top of the rice, we'd slice the banana, those who wanted spicy hot flavor, would add chili salsa and those who didn't stayed with the bananas, sweet(banana)and sour(umchu)sounds really good. Buen provecho for your family and you, greetings from central Mexico. :D
