Am I the only one who doesn't like the changes? I had the misfortune to travel out of the B gates this past weekend. The walking distance is twice as far as it was before. Then the traffic flow from the B gates to the baggage claim is simply stupid.

The trees are beautiful now, but I spotted one already dead and/or dying with totally brown leaves. They say there are black walnuts (a deciduous temperate tree), olive trees (a major allergen), and ficus. As a tropical plant expert and master gardener, I wish them luck, especially with the black walnut. The understory plants should be fine with care, but the trees...

The other criticism would be that there are only 5 shops pre-screening, leaving 16 shops available only for ticketed passengers. (Visit Orox for some great leather, a store I'm loyal to for 20+ years since Saturday Market was their venue.) That's sad. Before the rebuild, there were places people leaving and their family or friends could visit or have lunch. Loyal Legion is great, but that's the only choice. That seems like a poor design choice.

But the terminal is stunningly beautiful! Go see it now. I predict the trees will be gone in 10 years or less. Or maybe they will replace them yearly. 🤔🤷‍♂️

What are they doing for the plants at night? Plants will die with 24/7 light.
