I think Diego got himself dehydrated with all that water that he drank. When you are drinking galons of water, and its hot so you sweat it out - you lose electrolytes. That makes you breath harder, your blood pressure drops and you get confusion and impared mental capabilities. So its better to drink coconut water, or some of those sports drinks if its very hot outside.
