I underestimated this gun so much that I forgot to do a short on it. Shocky, this one's for you for reminding me and telling me to look into this thing. Just like the Shingen Mark V Prototype, this is a nasty Smart SMG, but instead of normal explosions, it's EMP Explosions.

And if people wonder why I mark it as a 'Genius Among Smartguns' just look at it's description.

I wish they'd give these "gang hideouts" seperate icons from the rest of the ongoing crimes. It'd be a bit easier to track down all the unique weapons and such.

This Animal gang leader actually the only character in the game with "bioware" implants to bodysculpted themselves as exotic. That's why he looks like a blue crocodile guy.

People may be interested to know, that the Yinglong doesn't have any damage related combat effects. So every combat amplifier you equip the Yinglong with gives it a 5% chance to inflict poison, burning, shock or bleeding damage (As well as the 10% chance to release an emp burst). If you're lucky, a single bullet can apply all 5 effects. The Yinglong is my favourite weapon, and it's always equipped with 2 combat amplifiers to give it a 10% chance to inflict all/any of the 4 combat related damage effects and/or the emp blast.

I'll definitely have to check it out during my next playthrough as I also had lots of fun with its little brother Genjiroh; which can be found in two separate locations.

Smart weapons are definitely lots of fun but during my first playthrough I mainly built my character around Tech weapons (I just loved the Widow Maker). 😉

If you add a mod that increases the chance of status effect, it'll also add the other status effects like burn, bleed, and the other ones. I think it might be a glitch

Love me a good smart gun. Shame CDPR never added Iconic versions of the 1.6 weapons cause the Tsunami Kappa is legit really damn good.

most people massively underestimate this weapon. if you want to get full power from it, load all of the slots with combat amplifiers. each one adds a 5% chance to add ALL of the status effects. this adds up to 20% chance each... per bullet.
