Has anyone ever had their heart broken when a song like this one was huge? I was 24 when it came out. I’m 60 now and it still gets to me. It’s such a fantastic song though.

The gentleman singing the first verse, apparently his nickname is ‘Dee’, was struggling mightily, which was sad to hear! That was tough to listen to!🙉 Regardless, this is still my jam after thirty-five years!🎶

Dee's voice has aged because I think he had a stroke and it affected his voice along with age. I salute his endurance.

Well they don't sound terrible it's just they're singing it in a range that they can't anymore because they up in age. But they should have had some background singers to tone it out alittle or THEY SHOULD HAVE CHANGE THE MELODY a little.

Should have never attempted this song without Babyface. Carlos sounds fine, but Dee is brutal as if he lost his voice. I know he's better than this.
