I'll upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro Max only if the triangular camera stays—it looks good and premium. A horizontal bar? That's just a cheap Pixel knockoff.

I hope the iPhone comes this year with USB-C V4.0 and fast charging of at least 45W. I also hope cameras improvements including more optical zoom with higher megapixels.

I mentioned it before, vertical bar would take up space for the MagSafe. Also if they change it to vertical or horizontal, it would make it hard to add attachments like ND filters.

If they are going to make a design change for the camera, it would be cool if they can conceal all 3 cameras to make it look like it’s just one.

I’ve always wondered why no one really spends time upgrading the front camera. With social media and content creation the front camera is getting used more than ever. I didn’t really feel the need to upgrade this year but if they do really make some big changes I’ll happily upgrade next year.
